"The building's original structure dates back to the second half of '500. The simple decoration of acanthus leaves that covers the archstones of the hall's vault, who has a segmental arch, is to reconnect to this age's architectural style. We can find this type of arch in the same main entrance, that dates back to '700 and reveales in advance, along with front view's architectural elements, a forthcoming neoclassical style. Indeed, an early restoration work, with consequent enlargement of the building, was built in the seventeenth century: to this period is to ascribe the prospectus with balconies supported by "crumpled" brackets, shape obtained thanking the special ease of carving of the soft local stone, who has tufaceous components and warm colors. This one decorates the prospectus: the frieze with metopes and triglyphs, the emblem on the door with the Rollo's weapon (the former owners of the building) and the elegant and steamy rococo ornaments decorate the top of an inner door along the stairs that ends in the lobby. The latter introduces in an airy courtyard coated with green and lush choreography of American vines".
